Project Description:
ThermalTech Engineering has partnered with one of our Mid-Atlantic customers to provide Utilities Engineering, Project Management, and Construction Management for a new bulk ingredient storage system. Pre-construction services included: site master planning, cost opinions, and bidding services. ThermalTech and our subconsultants provided Utility Engineering, Process Design, Architectural Design, and Structural Engineering for the installation of new 25,000 pound capacity bulk storage silos and an associated building.
Construction phase services included: equipment bidding and procurement, bidding management, as well as on-site construction management services to act as the single point contact between contractors and the Owner.
