ThermalTech Engineering Business Continuity Plan & COVID-19 Response
- On March 19, 2020
For the health of employees and our communities, ThermalTech Engineering began a work from home policy for employees effective at 6pm on March 13th. We are open for business and your needs will be addressed during this time of uncertainty. We know that there will be difficulties in the coming weeks and will be working with you to adapt to the ever-changing situation.
While we have taken measures to allow for all employees to work virtually, we have also implemented travel restrictions to reduce the risk of infection and transmission of COVID-19 through March 27th or until further notice.
We ask that you continue to communicate with us as normal with the following exception: Any voicemails left at desk extensions will reach the staff by email, however, direct telephone contact is best accomplished by cell phone.
Highlights of our continuity plan:
- The transition to working virtually has been implemented with minimal disruption.
- If you have projects with us now: We are continuing our work with intentions to meet deadlines where possible.
- If you have projects in danger of delay: Let us know how we can help you.
